Final Judgment was awarded on in Civil Case No. 16002177CA, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff, and DOMINICK RAPISARDI; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DOMINICK RAPISARDI N/K/A KERRI RAPISARDI are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Roger D. Eaton will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com on May 22, 2017 at 11:00 AM the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
