NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2013-CA-000245 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, Plaintiff and JEFFREY P. KRUPNICK A/K/A JEFF P. KRUPNICK are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Roger D. Eaton, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash AT WWW.CHARLOTTE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES at 11:00AM on May 5th, 2017 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT 306, BUILDING C, PHASE 1, LAKE VIEW II CONDOMINIUM AT HERITAGE LAKE PARK, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2896, PAGE 2061, AS AMENDED, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 14, PAGE 12A, PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
