NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 28, 2016, entered in Case No. 2016CA000510 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, As Trustee for Securitized Asset Backed Receivables LLC Trust 2007-BR5, Mortgage Pass Through Certificates, Series 2007-BR5 is the Plaintiff and Tatro A/K/A Lawrence A. Tatro A/K/A Lawrence Arthur Tatro; Unknown Spouse of Larry Tatro A/K/A Lawrence A. Tatro A/K/A Lawrence Arthur Tatro; Crescent Lakes Owners Association, Inc.; Acushnet Company D/B/A Titleist and D/B/A FootJoy Adams Golf, LTD.; Adams Golf, LTD; Cobra-PumaGolf, Inc.; Taylor Made Golf Company, Inc. D/B/A Taylor Made-Adidas Golf Company; Unknown Tenant in Possession No. 1 are the Defendants, that Angelina Colonneso, Manatee County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 28th day of April, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
