NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2016-CA-003179 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, NA, Plaintiff and Yan Carlos Domenech a/k/a Yan C. Domenech are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Angelina Colonneso, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on May 9, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE NORTH 30 FEET OF LOT 19 AND THE SOUTH 40 FEET OF LOT 20, BLOCK A, GREENWOOD HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 106, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
