Notice is hereby given that Angelina M. Colonneso, Clerk of the Circuit Court and Comptroller, Manatee County, Florida, will, on May 30, 2017 at 11:00 AM, conduct through the Internet for Manatee County foreclosures at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, offer for sale and sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the property described in Exhibit A attached hereto pursuant to the Second Amended Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered on March 28, 2017, in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is First Bank vs. Keilly's Automotive, Inc., et al, and the case number of which is 2009 CA 3895.
Lots 7, 8, 9, and 10, Block 4, Cortez Gardens Subdivision, First Section, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 8, Page 76, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida (the “property”).
Together with:
All machinery, apparatus, equipment, fittings, fixtures, whether actually or constructively attached to the property and including all trade, domestic and ornamental fixtures and articles or personal property of every kind and nature whatsoever now or hereafter located in, upon or under the property or any part thereof and used or usable in connection with any present or future operation of the property and now owned or hereafter acquired by Debtor; together with ail building materials and equipment now or hereafter delivered to the property and intended to be installed therein; together with all proceeds, additions and accessions thereto and replacements thereof.
Together with:
All inventory, Chattel Paper, Accounts Receivable, Equipment, Tools, Furniture and General Intangibles; whether any of the foregoing is owned now or acquired later; all accessions, additions, replacements, and substitutions relating to any of the foregoing; all records of any kind relating to any of the foregoing; all proceeds relating to any of the foregoing (including insurance, general intangibles and other accounts proceeds).

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
