NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 23, 2017, and entered in 41-2016-CA-002996 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR FIRST FRANKLIN MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2007-2, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-2 is the Plaintiff and JULIE T. KIRKWOOD; JEFFREY D. KIRKWOOD; OAKLEAF HAMMOCK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY are the Defendant(s).
