NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 11, 2017, in the above action, the Clerk shall offer for sale to the highest and best bidder for cash at website WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 11:00 A.M., on May 12, 2017, the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 47, PIC-TOWN TROPICAL MOBILE HOME ESTATES, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 9, Page(s) 1, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.

Together with that certain mobile home located thereon, more particularly described in Florida Certificate of Title Identification Number 3870256, Title Number 16196468.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. THE COURT, IN ITS DISCRETION, MAY ENLARGE THE TIME OF THE SALE. NOTICE OF THE CHANGED TIME OF SALE SHALL BE PUBLISHED AS PROVIDED HEREIN.
