NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 4 day of April, 2017, in Civil Action No. 16-CA-000779, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, in which MARGARET A. COFRANCESCO et al is the Defendant, and MERIDIAN CLUB CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida not-for-profit corporation, is the Plaintiff, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the third floor lobby of the Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 4 day of May, 2017, the following described real property set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Collier County, Florida:
Unit No. 1202, MERIDIAN CLUB, A CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Record Book 909, at Page 928 through 981, inclusive, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, together with all appurtenances to the unit including the undivided share of common elements and limited common elements reserved for each unit therein.
