NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 6, 2017, and entered in Case No. 2014 CA 000717 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, FV-I, INC., IN TRUST, FOR MORGAN STANLEY MORTGAGE CAPITAL HOLDINGS LLC, Plaintiff and KEITH EBERENZ and RIVER GLEN PROPERTIES-SOUTH, LLC, et al are the Defendants. The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 11:00 a.m. on the 4 day of May, 2017, in the lobby 3rd floor of the Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail E. Naples, Fl. 34112, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, WALDEN SHORES, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, PAGES 88 AND 89, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.

The Property address is 6953 Lone Oak Blvd., Naples, Florida 34109.
ANY PERSON CLAIMIN AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
