NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2015-CA-002253 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein Wilmington Savings Fund Society, FSB d/b/a Christina Trust, not in it's individual capacity but solely as the trustee for the brougham Fund II Trust, Plaintiff and Deborah Delisle are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Dwight E. Brock, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN THE LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112 AT 11:00 A.M. on May 4, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 46, BLOCK H, HENDERSON CREEK PARK FIRST ADDITION, PLAT BOOK 8, PLAT PAGE 41, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
TOGETHER WITH THAT CERTAIN MANUFACTURED HOME, YEAR: 1969, MAKE: VANDY, VIN#: 41V5712E2N5541.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
