NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Judgment dated April 4, 2017 entered in CASE NO. 2016 -CA-0023326 (WS) of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein, the Parties are identified as Plaintiff, EQUITYMAX, INC., and Defendants, EC 1954 PROPERTIES, INC. and PASCO COUNTY, Paula S. O'Neil, Clerk of Court, will sell all the property situated in Pasco County, Florida described as:

TOGETHER WITH AND SUBJECT TO AN EASEMENT FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS, DRAINAGE AND/OR UTILITIES OVER, UNDER AND THROUGH THE WEST 50.0 FEET OF THE EAST 175.0 OF LOT 16, BLOCK A, U.S. 19 NO. 9 ADDITION, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 66, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA
