TO: THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES OR ANY OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST KRISTOPHER DODGE, DECEASED, if living, and if deceased, any respective unknown heirs, devisees, grantees, assignees, creditors, lienors, and trustees, and all other persons claiming by, through, under or against them, and all parties having any right, title or interest in the property herein described including heirs, devisees and creditors of them.

Condominium Unit 27, Building H, FAIRWAY OAKS, F/K/A PAR 72, UNIT NO. 1, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 915, Page 837-861, as amended and as per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 5, Page 7, as amended, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida

YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a Complaint for foreclosure of Claim of Lien has been filed and commenced in this court by FAIRWAY OAKS CONDOMINIUM, INC., and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Mark A. Hanson, Esquire, attorney for Plaintiff, whose address is 2033 Main Street, Suite 403, Sarasota, Florida 34237, and file the original with the clerk of the above-styled court within thirty days from the first date of publication or May 15, 2017; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief prayed for in the Complaint or Petition.
This Notice shall be published once a week for two consecutive weeks in the BUSINESS OBSERVER (Sarasota Edition).
