NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated December 5, 2016 and an Order Canceling and Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated March 29, 2017, entered in Civil Case No.: 2014 CA 007151 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FANNIE MAE”), A CORPORATION ORGANIZED AND EXISTING UNDER THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, Plaintiff, and PAUL MCALLISTER III; JANET MCALLISTER; KEEPING KIDS IN THEIR HOME FOUNDATION CORP, AS TRUSTEE FOR ABUNDANT LIFE OCT 2012 TRUST, A CALIFORNIA TRUST; CHESTNUT CREEK MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST UNDER THE ABUNDANT LIFE OCT 2012 TRUST, A CALIFORNIA TRUST; and ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES, including, if a named Defendant is deceased, the personal representatives, the surviving spouse, heirs, devisees, grantees, creditors, and all other parties claiming, by, through, under or against that Defendant, and all claimants, persons or parties, natural or corporate, or whose exact legal status is unknown, claiming under any of the above named or described Defendantsand ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES, including, if a named Defendant is deceased, the personal representatives, the surviving spouse, heirs, devisees, grantees, creditors, and all other parties claiming, by, through, under or against that Defendant, and all claimants, persons or parties, natural or corporate, or whose exact legal status is unknown, claiming under any of the above named or described Defendants, are Defendants.

LOT 380, THE MANORS OF CHESTNUT CREEK, UNIT NO. II, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 33, PAGES 39 THROUGH 39C OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
