Notice is hereby given pursuant to the final judgment/order entered in the above noted case, that Karen E. Rushing, Sarasota County Clerk of Court, will sell the following property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
Begin at the Northwest Corner of the Northwest 1/4 of Northeast 1/4 of Northwest 1/4 of Section 9, Township 36 South, Range 18 East; thence Southerly along the quarter-quarter Section Line 322 feet; thence Easterly and parallel to the North Line of said Northwest 1/4 of Northeast 1/4 of Northwest 1/4, 187.80 feet; thence Northerly a distance of 322 feet to a point on the North Line of said Northwest 1/4 of Northeast 1/4 of Northwest 1/4; thence Westerly along Section Line, 186.90 feet to the Point of Beginning; Subject to a 25' easement along the North line of said property for road; also Subject to a 45' easement along the West line of said property for a drainage ditch; LESS the East 60' of North 150' thereof. All lying and being in Sarasota County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, via the internet at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m. on August 9, 2017. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The balance of the final bid amount plus the court registry fees must be received by the Clerk's office no later 4:00 PM ET the day of the sale or by the deadline stated in the judgment. Accepted forms of payment are wire transfer, ACH (electronic check), cash, cashier's checks, and money orders.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
