NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 22, 2017, and entered in 14-CA-006923 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is the Plaintiff and LUIGI MALATESTA; DIANNE MALATESTA; E*TRADE BANK; LAKE HEATHER OAKS HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on April 27, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
