NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered on March 21, 2017 in the above-captioned action, the following property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida, described as:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 2114, BUILDING NO. 21, OF MANHATTAN PALMS, A CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN JULY 20, 2006 IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 16728, PAGE 1680, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ALL APPURTENANCES THERETO, INCLUDING AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OF SAID CONDOMINIUM AS SET FORTH IN THE DECLARATION.
