PAT FRANK Hillsborough County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at the hour of 10:00AM , on the 30th day of May,2017, the following described property:
LOT 620, BELMONT HEIGHTS NUMBER 2 AS PER MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 88, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA. ALL LYING AND BEING IN SECTION 33, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 19 EAST.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
