NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated the 6th day of April, 2017, entered in the above-captioned action, Case No. 29-2013-CA-009871, the Clerk shall offer for sale to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 A.M. at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on May 11, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said final judgment, to-wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 11303 OF THE QUARTER AT YBOR, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 15311, AT PAGE 1006, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA (THE “UNIT”).
