NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on April 6, 2017 in Civil Case No. 15-CA-051190, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein, BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY is the Plaintiff, and GENE HIMES; DOROTHY HIMES; FLORIDA HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Linda Doggett will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com on June 5, 2017 at 09:00 AM the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
COMMENCING AT A CONCRETE MONUMENT, THE NORTH 1/4 CORNER OF SECTION 13, TOWNSHIP 46 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; RUN SOUTH 00 DEGREES 21'20: EAST ON THE EAST LINE OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF SAID SECTION 13, 589.12 FEET TO A STEEL STAKE, THE POINT OF BEGINNING; CONTINUE SOUTH 00 DEGREES 21'20” EAST, 294.56 FEET TO A STEEL STAKE; THENCE SOUTH 89 DEGREES 15'05” WEST 1162.88 FEET TO A STEEL STAKE ON THE CENTERLINE OF A 60 FOOT EASEMENT; THENCE NORTH 00 DEGREES 13'15” EAST 295.03 FEET TO A STEEL STAKE; THENCE NORTH 89 DEGREES 15'05” EAST 1159.92 FEET TO A STEEL STAKE, THE POINT OF BEGINNING. SUBJECT TO AN EASEMENT FOR ACCESS AND UTILITIES OVER THE WEST 30 FEET OF SAID PARCEL.
