NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 22, 2017 and entered in Case No. 15-CA-011657, Division G of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, D/B/A CHRISTIANA TRUST, AS NOMINEE OF NORMANDY MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2016-2, is the Plaintiff and WESLEE J. ALICEA; CARRIAGE POINTE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC. F/K/A CARRIAGE POINTE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, A POLITICAL SUBDIVISION OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA UNDER HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY AFFORDABLE HOUSING DEPARTMENT, are Defendants, Pat Frank, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on April 26, 2017 at 10:00 A.M. the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
