YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a mortgage on the following property:
LOT 2, BLOCK 3, PLAT OF PARKWOOD III SECTION 31, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 28, PAGE 91-95, PUBLIC RECORDS, LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
