YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to Quiet Title to the following real property located in Lee County, Florida:
Tract 325, of that certain subdivision known as SAN CARLOS ES TATES according to the map orplat thereof on file and recorded in the office of the clerk of the Circuit Court Lee County, Florida in Official Record Book 557, at page(s) 354-355
(the “Property'')
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Christopher J. Horlacher, Esq., the Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 1626 Ringling Boulevard, Suite 500, Sarasota, Florida 34236, and file the original with the Clerk of the Circuit Court, Lee County, 1700 Monroe Street, Fort Myers, FL 33902 on or before May 22, 2017 or otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
