BROWN, if living, including any unknown spouse of said Defendant, if he/she has remarried, and if said Defendant is dead, his respective unknown heirs, devisees, grantees, assignees, creditors, lienors, and trustees, and any other person claiming by, through, under or against said Defendant; and the aforementioned named Defendant and such of the aforementioned unknown Defendants as may be infants, incompetents, or otherwise not sui juris.
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a Complaint has been filed against you by the Plaintiff, PHILIP S. BROWN, seeking to quiet title to the real property located in Pinellas County, Florida, described as follows:
That certain Condominium Parcel composed of Unit Number D, Building 3 and an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto in accordance with and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms, and other provisions of that certain Declaration of Condominium of The Gardens of Forest Lakes, a Condominium, as recorded in Official Records Book 6084, Pages 683 through 732, inclusive, amended in Official Records Book 6208, Pages 1052 through 1056, and the plat thereof, as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 87, Pages 41 through 48, inclusive, and as amended in Condominium Plat Book 91, Pages 16 through 19, all of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
