You are hereby notified an Order of Summary Administration was entered on January 25, 2017, in the Estate of Estella Mabel Daywalt, deceased, File Number 16-10826-ES-003, by the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is 315 Court Street, Clearwater, Florida 33756; that the decedent's date of death was July 6, 2016, and the petitioner is Stephen M. Blaschak, 4260 Seville Avenue, Cocoa, Florida 32926.
ALL INTERESTED PERSONS ARE NOTIFIED THAT:
All creditors of the estate of the decedent and persons having claims or demands against the estate of the decedent other than those for who provision for full payment was made in the Order must file their claims with this court WITHIN THE TIME PROVIDED BY LAW, under F.S. 733.702 and 733.710.
