MASTROMARINO and DONNA N. MASTROMARINO, husband and wife, are Defendants, that Ken Burke, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell at public sale the following described real property:
LOT 2, CRYSTAL BEACH ESTATES UNIT 11, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT IN AND FOR PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 100, PAGE 51 AND 52, SAID LANDS SITUATE LYING AND BEING IN PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
THE SALE will be held at 10:00 A.M. (Eastern Time) on May 4, 2017, by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, to the highest and best bidder for cash, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
