NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 31, 2017, and entered in Case No. 16-004939-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, as Trustee for Banc of America Alternative Loan Trust 2005-11 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-11, is the Plaintiff and The Kop End, LLC, a dissolved Florida limited liability corporation, by and through Finbarr Holland, its Manager, Finbarr Holland, The Wave Condominium Association of St. Petersburg, Inc., Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 4th day of May, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
