UNIT 22-D from the Condominium Plat of HILL CREST VILLAS CONDOMINIUM PHASE III, as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 33, Pages 30 through 33, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; and being further described in the Declaration of Condominium recorded on the 28th day of September 1978 in O.R. Book 4755, page 480 as amended to add PHASE III in O.R. Book 4832, Page 1448, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, as set forth in paragraph 10 of the Declaration of Condominium of HILL CREST VILLAS CONDOMINIUM, recorded in O.R. Book 4755, Page 487, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
and commonly known as: 24862 US HWY 19N #2204, Clearwater, FL 33763; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on the Pinellas County public auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on 12 day of June, 2017 at 10 a.m.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
