YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action for Amended Petition for Concurrent Custody by an Extended Family Member has been filed against you by the Petitioners Billy and Carol Brawner in the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit for the children currently known at A.R.H. and J.R.H. both born January 10, 2014 in Pasco, County, Florida. The Petition requests that the Petitioners be granted Concurrent Custody of the Minor Children. You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to this action by May 12 2017, to Petitioner's attorney, whose address is Christina L. Sandvoss Esquire 1501 Belcher Road South B5 , Largo, Florida 33707, on or before May 12, 2017, and file the original with the clerk of this court at Pinellas County Courthouse, 545 1st Ave. North, St. Petersburg, Florida 33701, either before service on Petitioner's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the petition. Your written response, including the case number given above and the names of the parties, must be filed if you want the Court to hear your side of the case on or before May 12, 2017.
If you do not file your written response on time, you may lose the case and a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Amended Petition for Concurrent Custody by Extended Family.
Copies of all court documents in this case, including orders, are available at the Clerk of the Circuit Court's office. You may review these documents upon request.
You must keep the Clerk of the Circuit Court's office notified of your current address. (You may file Designation of Current Mailing and E-Mail Address, Florida Supreme Court Approved Family Law Form 12.915.)
