Final Judgment was awarded on March 8, 2017 in Civil Case No. 15-006078-CI, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET SECURITIES CORPORATION MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-Z is the Plaintiff, and DARRELL GRAY A/K/A DARRELL E. GRAY A/K/A DARRELL ELIJAH GRAY; PATRICE M. IDLETT A/K/A PATRICE MICHELLE IDLETT A/K/A PATRICE MCCLENDON A/K/A PATRICE M. MCCLENDON; CAPITAL ONE AUTO FINANCE, INC., F/K/A SUMMIT ACCEPTANCE CORP., A TEXAS CORPORATION; PRA RECEIVABLES MANAGEMENT, LLC; NATIONAL CAPITAL MANAGEMENT, LLC; CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT, PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OR REVENUE; DEMETRIA A. SIMMONS; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
