NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on this 29th day of March 2017 in Case No. 16-002078-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein The Secretary of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, an agency of the United States of America is Plaintiff, and Evelyn Jones a/k/a Evelyn Jones Tarver, Deceased, Unknown Heirs, devisees, grantees, assignees, lienors, creditors or other claimants - claiming, by through, under or against Evelyn Jones a/k/a Evelyn Jones Tarver, Deceased, Unknown Spouse of Evelyn, Vincent Roberson and Asset Acceptance, LLC are Defendants. The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash the 31st day of May 2017 at 10:00 a.m. at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
LOT 9 AND THE WEST 8 FEET OF LOT 10, BLOCK D, LAKE MAGGIORE HEIGHTS, SECTIONS 35 AND 36, TOWNSHIP 31S, RANGE 16E, CITY OF ST. PETERSBURG, PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE(S) 52 PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
