NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on March 31, 2017 in Civil Case No. 14-0000837-CI, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, GREEN TREE SERVICING LLC is the Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF SCOTT W. RUEBEL A/K/A SCOTT WILLIAM RUEBEL A/K/A SCOTT RUEBEL, DECEASED; PATRICK RUEBEL A/K/A PATRICK CHRISTOPHER RUEBEL, AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF SCOTT W. RUEBEL A/K/A SCOTT WILLIAM RUEBEL A/K/A SCOTT RUEBEL, DECEASED; DUSTIN BACKUS A/K/A DUSTIN ANTHONY BACKUS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DUSTIN BACKUS A/K/A DUSTIN ANTHONY BACKUS N/K/A CHARLENE CARROLL; CACH, LLC; MELISSA MORESI A/K/A MELISSA LAUREN MORESI; ANN RUEBEL A/K/A ANN I. The Clerk of the Court, Ken Burke, CPA will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on May 4, 2017 at 10:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 10, SOMERSET LAKES UNIT THREE PHASE TWO, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 92, PAGE 56, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
