NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 12-013716-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE OF SW REMIC TRUST 2015-1, Plaintiff, and, ROBERTO ALICEA, et. al., are Defendants, Clerk of the Circuit Court, Ken Burke will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 16th of May, 2017, the following described property:
