LOT 111, DUNEDIN LAKEWOOD ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 41, PAGE 32, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 960 LAKEWOOD DR, DUNEDIN, FL 34698; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on MAY 23, 2017 at 10:00 A.M.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
