NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 17, 2017 entered in Civil Case No.: 2016-CA-009575-O of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Orlando, Florida, Foreclosure Sale will be held online via the Internet at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com pursuant to Judgment or Order of the Court and Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, at 11:00 AM on the 24TH day of May, 2017 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
BUILDING 6, UNIT K, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE LAND, COMMON ELEMENTS AND COMMON EXPENSES APPURTENANT TO SAID UNIT, ALL IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF THE LEMON TREE SECTION I, A CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 2685, PAGE 1427-1487, AND EXHIBITS THERETO, AND THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT PLANS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 3, PAGES 141-148, ALL IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
More commonly known as: 2622 LEMONTREE LANE, UNIT 6-K, ORLANDO, FL 32839.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
