Final Judgment was awarded on April 7, 2017 in Civil Case No. 2015-CA-006803-O, of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein, DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE UNDER THE INDENTURE RELATING TO IMH ASSETS CORP., COLLATERALIZED ASSET-BACKED BONDS, SERIES 2007-A is the Plaintiff, and LEROY L BARTLEY; GENEVA RUTH BARTLEY; GTE FEDERAL CREDIT UNION; PORTFOLIO RECOVERY ASSOCIATES LLC; UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A CHRISTINA JONES;; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
