NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 21, 2017 entered in Case No. 15001831CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, as Trustee for Carrington Mortgage Loan Trust, Series 2006-OPT1, Asset Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-OPT1 is the Plaintiff and Kimberly Hardesty a/k/a Kimberly R. Hardesty; Stephen T. Hardesty a/k/a Stephen T. Hardsty; Rotonda West Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 21st day of August, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT(S) 51, ROTONDA WEST BROADMOOR, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE(S) 18A THROUGH 18L, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
