NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on July 14, 2016 in Civil Case No. 2015CA001882AX, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein, FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff, and MARC FRANCESKI; DEIRDRE FRANCESKI, F/K/A DEE KRONE; TREETOPS AT NORTH FORTY HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Angelina “Angel” Colonneso will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com on May 5, 2017 at 11:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 18, TREETOPS AT NORTH FORTY-PLACID, A LAND CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1347, PAGES 2279-2341, INCLUSIVE, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 26, PAGES 75-77, INCLUSIVE, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
