NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2015-CA-005545 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon, f/k/a The Bank of New York, as successor-in-interest to JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A.,f/k/a JPMorgan Chase Bank as Trustee for Bear Stearns Asset Backed Securities Trust 2003-SD1, Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2003-SD1, Plaintiff and Hyppolite Augustin are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Angelina Colonneso, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on May 26, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
BEGIN AT NE CORNER LOT 13, BLOCK B, ADAMS SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 129, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA: RUN THENCE SOUTH 100.5 FEET: THENCE WEST 50 FEET: THENCE NORTH 100.5: THENCE EAST 50 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
