NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2015-CA-004117 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein SunTrust Mortgage, Inc., Plaintiff and ALEXANDER BARUCH are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Angelina Colonneso, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on May 26, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 7, RIVERWALK RIDGE (CYPRESS BANKS PHASE II, SUBPHASE I UNITS 1 & 2), A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 35, PAGES 146 THROUGH 158, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
