NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to Plaintiff's Summary Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered in the above styled cause now pending in said court, that I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at the www.manatee.realforeclose.com on the 11th day of MAY, 2017, at 11:00 a.m., in accordance with Sec. 45.031 of the Florida Statutes, the following property:
Commence at the Northwest corner of Section 33, Township 33 South, Range 19 East, Manatee County, Florida; thence South 00°16'39” West along the West line of said Section 33, 2643.52 feet to the Southwest corner of the Northwest 1/4 of said Section 33; thence South 89°51'35” East along the South line of said Northwest 1/4, 1177.31 feet for a Point of Beginning; thence continue South 89°51'35” East along said South line, 1461.96 feet to a point on the West right-of-way line of Spencer Parrish Road; thence North 00°21'00” East along said West right-of-way line, 302.16 feet; thence South 89°58'15” West, 1442.00 feet; thence South 04°11'08” West, 298.64 feet to the Point of Beginning. Subject to an easement over the South 20 feet thereof.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
