FKA Carolina Landings Master Association, Inc., Department Of The Treasury - Internal Revenue Service, Joseph M. Rizzo, Mary M. Rizzo A/K/A Mary Rizzo, Unknown Tenant(S), Unknown Spouse Of Joseph M. Rizzo, are defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court, Angelina Colonneso, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 19th day of May, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
