NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered in Civil Case No. 2016CA003752000000 of the Circuit Court of the 10TH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF9 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST is Plaintiff and BOODRAM, SYLVIA, et al, are Defendants. The clerk STACY BUTTERFIELD, CPA shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Polk County's On Line Public Auction website: www.polk.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on May 24, 2017, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property located in POLK County, Florida as set forth in said Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, to-wit:
