Morrison, Association of Poinciana Villages, Inc., Capital One Bank (USA), N.A., Phillip G. Morrison, Poinciana Village Seven Association, Inc., are defendants, the Polk County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.polk.realforeclose.com, Polk County, Florida at 10:00am EST on the 16th day of May, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
