NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 6, 2017, and entered in Case No. 2015-CA-001817-0001 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for County, Florida wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, AS TRUSTEE FOR STANWICH MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST A, is the Plaintiff and JAMES C. GENDREAU AKA JAMES CHARLES GENDREAU; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JAMES C. GENDREAU AKA JAMES CHARLES GENDREAU; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY; U.S. DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE; KENSINGTON PARK MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are Defendants, Dwight E. Brock, Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash Lobby on the 3rd Floor, of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 East Tamiami Trail, Naples, FL 34112 at 11:00 a.m. on the 11 day of May, 2017, the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 30, BLOCK B, KENSINGTON PARK, PHASE ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGES 62-67, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
