NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 21, 2017, and entered in Case No. 2016-CA-003918000000 of the Circuit Court of the 10th Judicial Circuit, in and for POLK County, Florida, where in BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC, a Delaware Limited Liability Company, is the Plaintiff and STANARNO LLC, UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A SHARON MCLACHARES, UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A DAVID MCLACHARES, STANLEY TIEDGEN, are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court shall offer for sale to the highest bidder for cash on May 5, 2017, beginning at 10:00 A.M., at www.polk.realforeclose.com , the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment lying and being situate in POLK County, Florida, to wit:
Lot 34 of Inwood No. 6, according to the map or plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 14, Pages 2, 2A and 2B, of the Public Records of Polk County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. THE CLERK SHALL RECEIVE A SERVICE CHARGE OF UP TO $70 FOR SERVICES IN MAKING, RECORDING, AND CERTIFYING THE SALE AND TITLE THAT SHALL BE ASSESSED AS COSTS. THE COURT, IN ITS DISCRETION, MAY ENLARGE THE TIME OF THE SALE. NOTICE OF THE CHANGED TIME OF SALE SHALL BE PUBLISHED AS PROVIDED HEREIN.
