NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 5, 2017, and entered in Case No. 11-2016-CA-000811-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which The Bank of New York Mellon FKA The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the certificateholders of the CWALT, Inc., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-OA10 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OA10, is the Plaintiff and Fluturake Ahmati; Xhemali Ahmati; Bridgewater Bay Property Owners Association, Inc.; Dritan Mukja; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., its successors and assigns, as Nominee for Countrywide Home Loans, Inc.; Unknown Party #1 n/k/a Danjela Ahmati, any and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under, and against the herein named individual defendant(s) who are not known to be dead or alive, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest in spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, or other claimants, are defendants, the Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 11 day of May, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
