NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on April 10, 2017 and entered in Case No. 2015-CA-001902 in the Circuit Court of the 10th Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein JAMES WILSON; CANDY M. WILSON;SANDRA OAKS; STATE OF FLORIDA; W.S. BADCOCK CORPORATION, A FLORIDA CORPORATION; LAKES WALES HOSPITAL CORPORATION D/B/A LAKE WALES MEDICAL CENTER; LM RENTALS III, LLC, A FLORIDA COMPANY; ADMINISTRATOR OF THE SMALL BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION, AN AGENCY OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are the Defendants. The Clerk of the Court, Stacy M. Butterfield, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com on May 16, 2017 at 10:00 AM, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
