NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on April 10, 2017 and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-004463 in the Circuit Court of the 10th Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein KATHERINE R. GILMORE; ZACHARY J. GILMORE; KIMBERLY ROY; ROBERT ROY; AND MEADOWOOD HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC., are the Defendants. The Clerk of the Court, Stacy M. Butterfield, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com on May 25, 2017 at 10:00 AM, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 17B, MEADOWOOD POINTE LESS AND EXCEPT THE WEST 45.4 FEET THEREOF, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 103, PAGE 2, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
BEING THE SAME PARCEL CONVEYED TO KATHERINE C. ROY AND ROBERT G. ROY, AS JOINT TENANTS WITH RIGHT OF SURVIVORSHIP FROM KATHERINE C. ROY, A SINGLE WOMAN, AND ROBERT G ROY, A MARRIED MAN, BY VIRTUE OF A DEED DATED 8/4/2006, RECORDED 10/25/2006, IN DEED BOOK 07026, PAGE 0924 COUNTY OF POLK, STATE OF FLORIDA.
