NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 12, 2017, and entered in 11-2016-CA-001774 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR HARBORVIEW MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-CB1 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-CB1 is the Plaintiff and MARIO H. CHAVEZ; ROSALBA T. CHAVEZ; BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS, COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM, on May 11, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 23, BLOCK 6, OF NAPLES MANOR, UNIT NO. 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 57, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
