NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 10, 2017, and entered in Case No. 2008-CA-006387 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR ABFC 2006-HE1 TRUST, is Plaintiff, and DERIC KENDER; JOVALENA I. KENDER, ET AL., are the Defendants, the Office of Paula S. O'Neil, Pasco County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online auction at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 9th day of May, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 17, COLLEGE PARK ADDITION, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 35, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
Property Address: 37450 Southview Avenue, Dade City, FL 33525
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
